Via the BBC .. "The court heard police found shots of the plants on Mr Waylett's camera after he was arrested for taking a picture of officers as he and a friend drove past". What a bizarre way to get nicked, and only because of the Police state we now live in.. Of course, photographing his (alleged) cannabis plants can't have helped! Tongue out
